Dish TV never provided me a contract, I never agreed to auto payments, they tried to take out first payment, service address on account was not mine, was in Spanish and for outrageous monthly bills. When I called several times, they would try to tell me it was so high because I was late, or didn't cancel free HBO package after 3 months which I did through the Account on TV program they had. I found out through another phone call that the email on the account was not mine. Tried to tell me I never provided one. (I did) This went on for months of calls and complaining. None of the bills were for the contract i thought i signed up for of $69.99 per month. No other hidden charges they assured me. The bill was different amounts constantly. When I filed a complaint they sent me the copy of my so called contract. It was in Spanish and clearly the signature on it is not mine as well as the address. The only thing that was on the contract was my name. I paid these outrageous bills for the most part but felt I was paying for someone else! I told them I wanted to stop service. Now this RPM is trying to collect from me. I will not pay a bill that is not mine. I feel if anything Dish owes me money back for every bill I paid that was for a different service address than mine.
