Unauthorized charge

There was an unauthorized charge of $14.99 to my credit card by Google *AVG UK.  When I contacted them there was a request to give them access to my computer to check.  Sorry, no.  I called another number for customer service and asked the pending charge be rescinded or not posted.  I’m waiting to see what happens.  This office also requested access to my computer.  No again.  Called credit card company and discussed the charge and have an acceptable plan if the charge is posted.
