no refund no return policy

The free trial was not free.  If you do not call within 14 days of placing your request for the free trial, you will be billed 89.31 for the next shipment. I asked them why they would not stand behind their product, but they only referred to the terms and conditions of the free trial.  This is definitely a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
