doesn't drain and spin dry

Yea so we have a 18 mo old MAYTAG CENTENIAL COMMERCIAL WASHER that doesn't spim or drain the water out of the clothes. Been a headache! Out of warranty and a service plan costs nearly as much as a new washer! Maytag warranty...BULL----! 18 mos old and junk to me! Never but maytag again, probably just some chinese part that costs way to much went bad. See ya maytag.
