Not working after fixing

22 days back  I had purchased a Ro system and paid RS-13990 for machine and RS- 650 for extra filter, since the next day after fixing the machine it has been not working, after so many calling I made with your represent and finally  he came to my home and advised me to make a direct water connection to the machine,as per his advice plumber did his duty well and charged RS-2500/. Eventhough I spend RS-17150/ still your machine has been resting on my kitchen wall like a memento of Eureka forbs.Now I am cursing the moment which dicided to buy your machine.

    Good will of Eureka forbs is gone,I request to all indians donot go for Eureka forbs,eventhough I had spend RS-17150/ since next day after fixing the machine is not working, I have made so many conversation with the represent (Thrissur team) no use.So I again request you all go for another brand.
