Currently I am paying high mortgage rate try to contact Bank of America under President Obama's new home affordable policy,
Contact Bank of America they send me welcome package and greet me that I am a good candidate for Obamas new home affordable programme.
This matter started in year 2009, Isubmitted all the required documents to them i.e All my financial documents, bank statement, sallary/pay stub etc.
Now started their way of treatment.
When I call to enquire about my application. Iwas told to give them atleast 3 to 4 week to update and check the status any way when I check after 6 week they ask me to send a recent bank statement most current one. I send them most recent and current one, call back to check the status, same answer give them atleast 3 to 4 week to be updated.
After 4 week check back with them and I was told that they need my recent check stub most current one again same situation.
Keep calling them, talking to different departments, in the meantime we reach into year 2010, now the need my most recent tax returns, another expenses for me pay to CPA, file taxes and send those documents by mail and by fax, again I have to wait about a month to get latest update. Meanwhile my Bank statement become outdated,.
Keep calling and asking about status of my application, finally they told me that my application is with underwriter, keep praying and hoping about my application.
Finally April 27 2011, they send me a letter of denial reason as follows quote. You did not provide us with the required documents.
I have to take a deep breath because the two year I work with Bank of America for my application wasnt that simple. Writing in this page is not simple, but I hope someone will help and guide me what to do or keep heading towards foreclosure. I think home affordable programme should be named "make your home foreclosed under Bank of America"
