non acceptance of return air ticket voucher by website

i was offered a free air ticket voucher against purchases from your india today book club, the voucher no is IT29116 and IT29117. while going through the screen shot as provided by you and filling the voucher no  ,it is denying access and screen is becoming blank. kindly advise.
