They impersonate "your pharmacy" or even "Medicare", say they need your account number "to fill your prescription" or "you may lose your benefits", etc. Or they offer various prescription only "drugs", so if you are scammed, you won't complain or dispute it.
Then they run through fraudulent charges, designed to slip through. The charges may use a name vaguely like "Medical benefits" or similar, so people confuse them with some possible insurance or pharmacy charge. They might even claim "you agreed to buy a medical discount card", which is worthless because no pharmacy accepts it.
Basically a "con" aimed primarily at older people who might not notice until the 60 day dispute period runs out.
Send them a nice letter requesting THEIR TCPA Do Not Call Policies including any and all affiliates, subsidiaries, and principal side "companies". Also request that YOUR ph# be removed from all "side companies".
You could also include a demand letter for the amount owed in each call violation!
Dont be afraid of their (so called) attorneys. We caught one of them going against our Civil Division Court Rules! In our County Court, Official Court personel laughed, and said "he's not licenced to practice law in this State, and not going to practice any of that baloney here!!!
Send a copy to the corresponding State AG office.
Now watch the "side companies", and any websites connected. If any of them mysteriously shut down, or disappear, you got them! Report them to everybody!
Now, report their corrupt "corporate lawyer/Agent of Process to their respective Bar associations for aiding and abetting a criminal organization!
The jerks in FL stopped calling dead in their tracks! The idiots in CA are running for cover!!
It's a lot of work, but it does satisfy to imagine the stupid look on thier faces, when they get hit with the AG office inquiries about yuor demand!

Jim, someone probably used your number with an order and now they think that they'll get a repeat order. Since they're outside the US, your best bet is to get a new number since there's no way that they can be stopped. They're probably using internet calling and cheap labor so that they can make thousands of calls to get a few orders- it's phone spam.
I want to find them...
