Canceled order

I have called numerous times to cancel my order.  I called in December and decided to push my shipping date out to March...it's February and the order shipped and was deducted from my bank account, causing an overdraft.  I would like to cancel any further shipments and a refund in the amount of $22.98 to be credited to my bank account.
I am highly unsatisfied with the level of service this company is assuming.
