Hai,
On February 15 2014 at 3.19pm, I received a missed call from an international no:002698010611. Thinking its from a known person I tried calling back. The line automatically got connected (Only 7 seconds) and I immediately disconnected and was surprised to see that I was charged Rs.100.
I spoke to the customer service but they are not taking the responsibility and said that the amount will not be refunded. I asked them a simple question of the call charges to the particular number but they are not helpful. I am just wondering of the call charges - Rs.100 for 7 secs. crazy. All that they (Vodafone) say is - We are not responsible
The next day I received a message from vodafone stating not to respond to missed calls without +91
I am using vodafone services for the past 13 years but now I am totally disappointed with them
