That leaves out their option to notify you that your calls are "inconvenient at any time", after which you must cease contacting them by phone while still allowing written communications, or you could be subject to an FDCPA suit.
It also leaves out their option to sue you for abusive and harassing robocalling, under FDCPA or TCPA.
If you wanted to stop harassing people, you would simply direct your people to stop doing it.

If you are being harassed and threatened by a debt collector over some debt you don't owe, or they are repeatedly calling you supposedly to reach someone else, and they refuse to stop, file complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
Consumers should also be aware of various class action lawsuits against this firm, as they may disclose illegal tactics that they may have been subjected to.

You can also sue them, for violations of FDCPA and TCPA. Since those laws allow courts to award damages and attorney fees, you can find attorneys to take such cases on contingency. (TCPA allows for statutory damages up to $1500 per call, if willful.)
