First, I agreed to the scam so I am to blame partially. On 3/7/13 I pay $29.95. I receive product.

Second, this charge comes out automatically even though my account says send me a new replenishment every 12 weeks on 4/2/13 $38.94

So I call on 4/4/13 to cancel my subscription because I was unsatisfied with the product.  Needless to say, the product was shipped already. It produced a oily layer and the phone rep blames me for not washing the product out of my hair. I'm a 36 year old successful professional; I think I know how to wash conditioner out of my hair.

Anyway, on 4/4/13 she says sorry to see you leave, how would you like to pay for your $98 balance? Without giving me any wait time to answer her, she asks me if I would like to charge the $98 and change to the credit card on file.  

I asked why. She explained that they send a three month shipment and that is how they procede with the transition etc..... Finally, after I explained to her, that there is no way I agreed to this, she let me talk. I said I won't pay that because I never agreed to this in the first place. She lets me continue, then I got frustrated and said I saw a 60 day money back guarantee, will you honor that?

As a whole, she said yes, She adds that she was going to tell me that I can do that but she says you'll have to return the product first and pay the shipping charges which is like $10.00.
