Unrecognized charges on bank card

I have 2 charges from this company that I did not authorize I want.my money back..I've had a lot of problems with someone hacking my phone and internet..I've checked with bank and these charges were supposed to be dropped..and was not ..why?ill.gongarther with police reporting needed ..
