trying to call to cancel order

I have been trying to call to cancel my subscription fro Acaiberry. I always get a message that says there are ove 100 people on hold in front of me i do not want my credit card charged for any more products

    you can never get to talk to a person to cancel an order that way they can charge your card because you did not cancel it within 15 days!!!!!!

    I responded to an email to try this product for a $3.95 shipping fee.  My account was charged $89.95 and now I cannot get through by phone to get a refund and cancel any future shipments.

    I have the same problem and would like to cancel this rip off.

    I got through at 8am and the person who answered knew exactly why I was calling even before I explained anything.Supposedly she cancelled any further orders but I was out of luck getting a refund for the product.
    It's the first product that I have purchased that I cannot get  a refund,in other words we have all been ripped off.
    I will be reporting to the FTC.
