213-452-6539/caller ID: GLOBALREACH INT continually calls asking my roommate for info regarding her "loan application". (which is non-existent!!) Between this and Educa Decisions, the phone won't shut up!!!  What did she do, if anything to have them calling her?

    I am getting a call form this number 1-213-452-6539 and they let it ring three times and they hang up.  If I answer it before the third ring they just hang up on me.  They will not stop calling me.  So I called them and they said they were callignn me to let me know that they have free grant infomation CD's that they can mail to me for a mere 2.00. THEY ARE DRIING ME CRAZY.

    You should call the BPA or the BBB, what global reach is doing is annoying.
