Wrote you an e-mail and no response but a charge

I was trying to order a hard copy of the book 30 Days to Becoming a Woman of Prayer by Stormie Omartian and mistakenly ordered something on line.  I immediately sent an e-mail to say I did not know how to use something on-line and please not to charge me.  The format for ordering whatever I ordered did not have an area to check your order before you pushed "order" but did have the e-mail address.  I wrote and have not received an answer, but today received my bank statement and was charged $10.79 for something I don't know if I received because I do not know how to find it on-line and that would not meet my need.  I did reorder correctly and after 2 1/2 weeks did receive a hardcopy which was a used book.  Thank you and I'll try to be smarter if I order anything on line again.  Thanks,  Christine M.
