Don't choose Sify Broadband

I've been using Sify Broadband for the past 9 months. This is the first time I am getting this kind of treatment from a company.

I often have connection issues, and now it's my 5th day without internet. Whenever I call to report a complaint, they will tell that the person who can help me is not there and they will let him know about our call. I am not able to work just because of their irresponsible behavior.

    i m also using sify broadband connection from last 1 yr.. in this 1 yr.. smtimes i faced prob .. but now its untolerable.. from last 10 days mine connection is not working.. and if it starts working then for a while only.. and there is no customer service 2 ..

    I wanted broadband connection and as there was no other ISP for my area, i invariably had to choose dirty Sify.............. I paid them hard cash of 3000 and asked them to get me connection in two days, which they promised that it will be done in 1 day, but now its already 5 days and these [***] are still taking their own time...........

    Same case with me, in Vijayanagar Bangalore.
    They took 15 days to give connection and after that it worked for 1 hour max. and It is not working.
    Sify BB service is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever seen on this earth. To get the connection itself I struggled and after getting connection it worked for one hours and I am calling them from last 4-5 days, Sify customer service says, Local operator is not co-operating, they can't do anything. I LOST 3300 Rs for nothing. Now local operator is not traceble. He is not taking my call. As per sify customer care, they are no way concerned, I have to deal with local cable operator.

    Really bad service. They charged extra Rs 100 /- alongwith every plan for maintainence. But they cant cooperate with their customer. Now and then we login ....it shows error 108...as many errors...i dont remember error numbers...when we call many times to dealers ...they said we have no worker at this time...

    the local isp's of sify are pathetic, they do not know how to treat customer complaints. my connectivity issue is now for over a week, still not resolved. they keep asking for money but so not solve the problem. im sick of sify broadband in one month itself. never choose sify broadband, their service is not good

    Sify is just horrible. The customer care people are are just the most inefficient guys, i have ever seen. Beg you people not to choose Sify.

    Complaint Checking Date: 12.12.2008

    So Pls this type of Cheating dont believe

    They are chargin 1200 for the service of 900 ,Saying if they wont
