Purchased several items on 12/27/17 at their Newport News Store At Patrick Henry Mall -Returned to same location on 12/31/17- first response from associate:1) "There are no tags on your items- you cannot return without return stickers on attached garment".( associate finally finds tags on item) 2) "Clearance item- even though tag attached and you have a receipt- this is the 31st- that's 4 days past the 3 day rule". 3) Mgr. offers store credit-  for item. Go to another department to make a purchase- discover store credit is for only $6 and should have been for $21 (original associate placed wrong yellow return sticker on item) have to return to Customer Service- wait for a Manager- who never shows- wait for the dept mgr to attempt to make corrected return with several attempts (45 mins) Finally customer service associate show dept mgr how to correct mgr. Never- did anyone offer an apology for this errors and my inconvenience! NEVER returning to a Dillards!
