I have just checked my balance from my checking account ..and t my amazement there was an unauthorized  deduction of $9.95 out of my account which in turn overdrew my acount another $35.00. I am livid.  I have tried to contact the company to credit my account back the 9.95 plus the overderaft.

    Contact your bank immediately to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and cancel that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.  Follow up with a written dispute sent to your bank's dispute address on your statement, sent certified return receipt requested, and make sure your bank receives your dispute in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the disputed charge to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.

    Also file complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and BBB.
