I went to KFC to buy a streetwise two a coke and a mini loaf the lady who assisted (siwinile time 11:54) was very rude and had a lot of attitude i was paying by debit card and she told me i had to go to another till do my transaction because she does not have an EFT facility i asked why cant she do it and she told she cant i have to go to another Queue for me to pay.She then refused to help made me stand in line for ten minutes while she embarassed me.To me that is just unaccepatable and people like that need to get fired.

    I bought a Bucket on Friday Afternoon on my way home run aboout 16H10, the chicken did not taste well at had a that taste is if it is burnt and you could see the spice on top.I was very dissapointed as i was buying for the whole Family and exerybody could tell that is did not taste like the KFC we know.

    TERRIBLE service at KFC Braamfontein - was in there 22 February 2012 at around 12 noon bought a streetwise two + extra piece, a pap and chicken, street wise one and 4 wings - when i get back to my office the pap meal had NO gravy, the streetwise two NEVER came witht the extra piece the 4 wings was only 3 called the branch and the guy on the phone thomelo or something like that was so rude and unhelpfull how do you guys expect to run a business like this ?????????

    Rirhandzu, rudest cashier @ KFC Braamfontein... She doesn't smile to customers and is very rude! Was at KFC 16 Nov 2012 Around 9PM, her till is @ the very end so there's a pillar that makes people unaware of her till and she was like: People are standing and I'm busy saying next, oho! I found that very disrespectful of her! She has many scandals, I never went 2 KFC @ Braamfontein nd came back happy, even when I'm not helped by her, I can hear when she helps customers... She's very rude!

    I just bored 8 hotwings in Braamfontein KFC and this Cashier called Leah or something like that gave me 7 wings instead. What kind of a service is this? So now I must count the wings everytime I buy them? Cos I just realized that she gave me 7 wings when I get home.

    What is the point of having a contact number on google for the KFC branch in Braamfontein if nobody is going to answer the line. Shocking!!!! i've been calling their contact number from 9:00am up until 11:00am and no freaking answer. Very poor or rather highly unacceptable.

    So all along this time people of braam have been eating this floor washed up chicken,no wonder i dont like kfc.everytime when you eat the meat is not well cooked inside,you can see blood inside...sis...maan.anyway i feel sorry for braamfotein residence.kfc #SUCKS

    The team members and the managers at Braam ba rude bigtym even the services is poor at dis Kfc!!
