On March 28th at 8:30am, I had breakfast in your Holiday Inn, Holiday Plaza,, Totowa, N.J. and I was very disappointed in the dinning room and the breakfast. There were no paper mates on the tables, no silverware no napkins and the scrambled eggs were so dry and burnt and the waffles were also dry and the syrup was watered down and the only part of the breakfast that was decent was the coffee and the price for the buffet was $11.95. The entire display was not appealing and I was very much taken back at the lack of class that exists at this Holiday Inn.
I would never recommend your Holiday Inn in Totowa for any affair and I must say that my infrequent visits to Mc Donald’s are far more superior to breakfasts than your Holiday Inn. I felt that I was in “hillbilly “territory!

Dear Mr. Oliver:
If this Holiday Inn is privately owned, I strongly feel that money rules the quality of this Holiday Inn and in time the reputation will travel from visitor to visitor and in time, this Holiday Inn will destroy itself.
