An agent called and asked for conformation for a delivery,,, we get a delivery that wasn't ordered. Then we get a bill for $327.89. This arts and craft package could be purchased locally for less than $75.00. They wont take it back.

    when i got the call about the arts and crafts package i was told it would be onlt$198.87 when i got my invice there was an extra $24.99 on it that i didnt know about im not paying the extra.

    We had the same marketing scam pulled on our school. After a marketing call, and unsolicited package was delivered with a few arts and crafts products for a local market value of about $40 and a bill for $248.00. The company refused to accept the package returned to them  and insisted on payment, threatening collection calls began almost immediately after I disputed the invoice.

    I had a lawyer handle phone calls, reported them to the Better Business Bureau of California, and also called my local police department to report the fraud. There calls stopped when I sent them a registered letter with a copy of the police report.

    This is a predatory marketing company and anyone should avoid doing business with them

    Miraculous care Preschool
    I started to receive calls from this art & craft agency stating I owed them $240.00 dollars for products that were quoted at $198.00 total.  I explain to the representative that I told the sales agent," I had no need for their products at this time and was sent the products anyhow."  The box was accepted from UPS by other building tentants for the preschool. I told the lady, I didn't order or need the products - I take care infants only. She insisted that I must pay. Further, I exlained I have never open the package.- I just want to send it back. She insisted I had to keep it.  I plan to take it to the nearest UPS store and return it.  And turn this company's name into the Better Business Bureau.  thank you so much for your information.  Please, let the buyer be aware of this uncreditable predator.

    The director of our school received a similar call from this company offering a special on their arts and crafts for $198. She agreed to the special and a package arrived. It was an assortment of
    things, but probably not worth what we were charged. After that we began receiving more packages and more billing invoices. I called the company and they told us that by excepting the first shipment you agreed to 4 other shipments. Before we knew it, we were being called by their collections department (Irene) who said we owed over $775. The owner or our school made 3 payments totalling $775. We were happy to just be done with this company. Now after 6 months, the owner Carl calls the Director to say that we still owe some money and that the owner of our school told him that we wanted our last shipment to be sent before paying the balance. He sent another shipment saying that this was a backorder and that we didn't owe anything for this shipment, but it's obvious that he wants this to start all over again. It's very apparent that they are a predatory marketing company and everyone needs to avoid doing any business with them. If you receive calls from this
    company please report them to your local police department, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if they begin harassing your business you may need to get an attorney.
    They need to be stopped!!

      This is soo frustrating. I accidentally "accepted" the first package ($198) not knowing who it was from but I never opened it, and now I got the bill that I wont pay and they wont take it back!  I hope that they dont send me anymore or I will freak out.  I already filed a complaint with the US postal service.

      We are dealing with the same situation as well. We are going to have to get an attorney involved. It's a shame that you have individuals in this world that scam and prey on people/businesses that are reputable and honest. I see that all the other complains against Kleritec are small daycares and preschools. Shame on you Kleritec. I called the Better Business Bureau and they informed me that this "company" had at least 50 complaints against them and they have not responded to any of them. Too bad they do not have to register their company and the complaints and ill practices to all companies like sex offenders do. Everyone needs to be warned of their "scamming" intentions.

    This company is completely ridiculous!!!! First off they sent me the package that I ordered for arts and craft package for $198.00 total. Then I get a call about an additional package being mailed out to me from this company.  I told the sales rep that I did not order any additional items from this company and to please not mail this package to me.  I receive the package anyway and a bill for $200.00.  I requested that the package be sent back to this company and had a hard time with them accepting this package back.  After finally receiving return information to ship items back I had to pay $44.89 for shipping, that the company refuses to reimburse me for.  

    Please do not order items from this company !!!!! They SUCKI!!!!

    A year ago we received a call from a sales rep at Kleritec offering an art package for $198. We accepted and made payment. A few months later we received another package of things we were told were on backorder. This contained a few packages of construction paper and a bill for $225. Since we had opened it we made arragements to pay in three installments. Last week we received a call from Troy at Kleritic that a package was shipped out that was on backorder. I informed him we had completed our business with Kleritic but he insisted we made arragements for 5 payments not 3. This package will be returned and I will file a complaint to the BBB. Kleritec is an unscrupulous business that harasses and tricks schools. They must be stopped.

    They told me that the package was 99.99 then I receive a bill for 200.00 I pay it then they tell me I have more supplies coming from my first order and I ask is it more they say no of course not now there trying to take me to court.what do I do????

    Don't do any business with this company. They send unsolicited packages, refuse to take returns, and send you bills they say are for past-due balances. Once you're in the system you can't get rid of them. And next year you can expect another large box with a $900 bill attached to it that they will say you ordered.  Call their customer service! 24-48 hours to get a return phone call?  Hah! Scam and they'll be hearing from our attorney if we get any more of this.

    Another victom of Fraud, second box came today , Customer service said I agreed to a Seasonal Comb Package costing $ 798.87 Not true ! I am repoting  the  unsolicted packages  that Kleritec company has sent  to the Better Buisness Bureau and a california police report as well as red tagging my bank account from this company. My God is Bigger!
