deactivate all my Hungama packages and file Police complaint against customer support executive Mr. Arif
Respected Sir/Madam,
On 08.08.2016 at 3.00 to 3.05 PM your customer service executive MR. Arif called me on my land line No. 02114-223387 and explained me the Hungama Plan. At that time he told me that if service will activate then Rs.11 per day will be charged and request me to send MSM on BVAS on 54646 for sending the User ID and Password. That time i had asked not to start or activate my service that time he assured me that he will not activate without me consent. You may abale to heard the recording between me anr Mr. Arif.
In the above circumstances i had received SMS9.58 PM that my service is activated. From that time till today i reoetadely called on your toll free no. 18002097010 but till today your executive had not attend my call today at around 10.00 AM one executive attend my call and i request him to cancelled my activation. He gave me your above email address.
That your customer support executive Mr. Arif had dishonestly and missleding complled me to send sms like BVAS on 54646 stating that it only for sending USER IN and Password and without my consent activate the servise. It clearly the case of cheating and your officer also contravene the provision laid down under Information Technology Act.
Therefore my humble submission that please De activates all of my HUNGAMA packages with immediate effect. And without my knowledge your executive activated my account so refund my amount to till date to my landline no. 02114-223387 and take action against the customer support executive MR. ARIF.and informe me. Otherwise i will constrain to file police complaint and constrain to take appropriate legal action against the executive in the court of Law.
