bad management and information relayed

I arrived at red lobster @295 n. University drive. Pines blvd. Gave name an  how many would be in my party.  Was told about 25 minutes for waiting time. Half hour pass no notice of seating go back in to inquire about the time was told it takes about an hour. Okay now an hour and fifteen minutes has pass again I inquire about why we have not been seated yet the young at the desk shrugged her shoulder and said I am still waiting.  I asked to speak to manager and a gentleman  can out and told me he was about 15 minutes behind schedule I told him we have been out here over an hour and 15 minuteminutes.he could not say nothing he just stood there. This is really bad management I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor customer service very poor.
