Possible Bedbugs in my Mattress

I called to express my concerns today that the mattress I purchased in June 2019 may have bedbugs, i was informed by a manager that bedbugs in furniture including mattresses are not covered under their Policy.  I am very disappointed with this information being that I have two bites on my body while sleeping on a mattress that is less than 90 days old.  As I shared with my husband, trying to save money by shopping in discounted stores may save a few dollars but, the quality of the goods and the poor service when a problem occurs can be very costly.
Terminix Exterminating Company will come this week to assess the problem.  I plan to never shop again at Bob's Furniture.
