Person very rude and not wanting to give real website address

The man with an accent called with caller ID 719-931-1198.  When I started to question him about the legitimacy of his program, he became rude and was saying rude things about my family.  I was looking for references to research before releasing any information.  I hung up choosing not to listen to the insults.  A definite scam!!!
