Electrical problem that led to the hot water heater

I put in an electrical complaint that led to the hot water heater, AHS did not have an electrician they could send out for atleast 3 to 4 days, the electrical box was very hot and i told them i was afraid it could start a fire they informed me to get a license electrician to do the repairs and they would re-inburse me if i paid the fees and i did. A few day later i had no hot water again so i called the electrician back to inform him that i had the same problem again so he went ahead and troubleshooted to find out that the thermostats were also bad that did not show up on his initial visit. I called AHS to see if I could add this to the same authorization number since i had not submitted the paper work and they informed me that they are not paying for the work since i did not call to get another authorization number,  I have been with this company for a long time check my record,  you always get your money. I cannot understand why this could not be put on the same work order since this job was all connected to the same problem. I feel this company is being very unfair to me as a long time customer and i feel something could have been done to accomodate.  I spoke to your supv. Bryce L. and c/s rep. Chris P.  who both said they are in the Phoenix Az. office 85027. This leaves a very bad taste since I am a long time customer I feel they could have done something to help instead of just collect a customer money. looking  forward to hearing from someone soon!
