This is to bring to public notice that the  AirTel cellphone service providers is using public cellphone account for selling their third grade and unwanted products . Thing like customer cardo not exist in this company and even at their  centres they do not take any written complaints so that they can keep extracting money from public prepaid account .
I have UNsubscribed PORTFOLIO manager about two and a half months ago and my GPRS services are not activated .But since then they continue to steal Rs 25 per wk from my prepaid account.I have visited their Faridabad centre a number of times but they dont mend their ways.
Sincere Advice:I feel that with the same cellphone number the service providere can be changed now.If anyone reading this mail has knowledge about it then please post a comment.Last option is to take the matter to consumer court so that culprits can be punished.
