This is final reminder email from our side.

We have tried several times to work with you but as you are not co-operating with us then, unfortunately, we have to proceed further with legal actions against your name and SSN in order to dispute this matter into the courthouse. This is confirmed completely that you don't want to cooperate with us. We have already told you that if you have any financial hardship or something else, you can update us. We will try our best to help you out. As you are receiving our notification and not responding us back. Please send us your attorney's information so we can directly talk to him/her and proceed further in a legal way. If you are enough sure that you haven't done anything wrong then you need to proof this into the courthouse because The Company has more than 14 types of technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account.

Before you are arrested: If you pay in full or make a part-payment before you are arrested, the warrant will be recalled and amended. However, it will be immediately re-issued if the debt is not paid in full. When you know a warrant has been issued, you should email us to discuss your options.
After you are arrested: Once the warrant has been served, your only options are to serve the time in prison or pay the debt (plus costs) in full at the Courthouse. We have to proceed further with legal actions against your name and SSN in order to dispute this matter into the courthouse as you have failed to make the payment. WE HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS RESERVED TO INFORM TO FBI, FTC, YOUR EMPLOYER AND BANK ABOUT FRAUD. And once you found guilty into the court house then you have to bear the entire cost for this law suit $4271.15 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fees, and the interest charges.
