TRS recovery Services

According to my "connecting the dots", after the latest legalized Scam, this is what happened to me.
Owned and run by Data services. Same umbrella company that owns LIFELOCK, telecheck(automated check services used by companies that pay their employees poorly, therefore they don't need to have the managers also be responsible for daily receipts, tracking down bad checks etc. They actually give your check back immediately after scanning to make you feel secure.)
This company(ies) are only extracting information so they can perform a legal scam.
In my case, a check written to a Family Dollar store in a small town where everyone knows each other. My wife and I are Professional people and also a business owner who have zero debt and 800+ credit rating.
About two weeks after the check was paid to Family Dollar, TRS Recovery services sent us the form letter indicating we owed a service charge on a transaction they were trying to recover monies from.
Three obvius things (1) they changed the date to a previous month, From 11/27 to 10/27, (2) changed the store number to a store that does not exist, (3)in the pouch they used to make the form letters, you could see copies of other to be scammed people placed behind it. Some cheap labor must have decided its easier to photocopy a bunch at once rather than take each individual copy in and out of the pouch.(3) cut the check number off the photocopy so harder to trace.
Attempt to call- obviously they only use computers. Owned by data services. No Human beings work there except to sell a ("service????????}. I have not been able to speak to anyone at any of these services other than an salesperson at Lifelock. Please do not Trust LIFELOCK either.
Lifelock told me that they couldn't do anything. Obviously, they are not going to go after their legalized scam. These corporations are given freedom to no end with the current attitude that "there is too much government regulation".
They scam us into paying money to prevent identity theft, of which they are the biggest benefactor or violator of.

I would like to hear from a live person at telecheck to resolve this problem... This is ridiculous
Telecheck is a consumer credit reporting agency as defined by federal law (FCRA), and must comply with that law.
They have a history of very poor compliance with law, including many complaints of attempting to collect unowed "bounced checks" from the wrong people, combined with credit damage through erroneous Telecheck entries.
They are so bad it's probably not worth using checks for normal retail purchases, just due to their chance of screwups. Credit cards are the safest way to make online or retail purchases.
Your credit has been damaged, through their negligent erroneous activities, and that can cause additional damage by preventing you from opening any new bank accounts.
You can sue for violations of FDCPA and FCRA, and courts can award damages and attorney fees if you win, so there are attorneys who take these cases on contingency.
You could go the whole validation and CRA dispute route yourself, probably have to bring in your state AG or maybe a consumer reporter, and after months of stonewalling, you might still need to get assistance from an attorney, so skip it and just contact a consumer attorney now. Regardless of whether you proceed to a lawsuit, you are more likely to get a rapid response when you contact them through an attorney.
You can find a consumer attorney in your state through www.naca.net
Not a chance..certegy wanted 30 MORE bucks (that's 150% interest). I didn't even find this out until a year and a half(YEAR AND A HALF) later, when one day I could buy anyhting I wanted and the next, I was blocked from ALL of my acounts, including personal and business, based on my driver's license number... which in the state of texas is totally illegal, not to mention godaddy renewing something they had no business paying for. It was NOT marked automatic pay, because they didn't renew it the following year (certegy paid for it, remember), nor the next. Second, the BANK ACCOUNT on which godaddy tried to renew had been closed 6 months prior, and again, godaddy should have let the motherphucker die, but thought they would screw me over a little bit more than they do most, because I didn't want to renew my domain name....NOW comes the lawyer bit, because I called these people "idiots" in a letter to my attrorney, it seems no lawyer will represent me, now have I received any response from the State Attorney General's Office. Upon contacting the FBI, FTC and CFPB, the FTC will not tell me what they did nor will the CFPB, but the FBI, and take note of this $hit...... tells me "any time you have any kind of subscription and you do not specifically "UNSUBSCRIBE" from it, they can not only continue this SUBSCRIPTION, without any permission from you but can persue you every where you go, and can even cross ank accounts, meaning if you close one account, they can simply get your other account number (I am guessing any account personal or business), and start using that one to charge to, and they can do this as long as they wish, with or without your permission. The flipping FBI said this. I tried to tell him about Texas contract law and he just said I was stupid and THEY could do whatever they wanted to do at this point.
You Phhuckers think YOU have problems............... So now tit has been a year and a half and longer that certegy has had my business and personal accounts blocked and because I used the words "idiots" (how many of you watch foot ball without saying "get that idiot off the field", incuuding you lawyers). Sanctimonious [***]. IN their arrogance, they treat me like I am TOO arrogant? Then why are you practicing law in the first pace? To be above everyone else?
i THINK I'LL GO START A MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION BUSINESS. I'll just make the "unsubscribe" box show up, but be unavailable, or automatically uncheck itself after so many seconds. I could even put a fake check mark in the manual renew box.
Last, Mr FBI, you stupid A$$ idiot, Texas contract law says if you don't a have it in writing then it isn't a contract. Nothing, including handshakes, or verbal deals are good enough, period. I have already been to court and I have the [***] judges decision in my [***] hand, (as do thousands of others) you dip $[***]. Texas law has determined that a checkbox on a page on a phucking website is NOT a written contract. THAT takes INK!!!!! dumba$$...........wanna buy a magazine subscription?
