Sent and charged me for product that I never asked for

I signed up for the FREE sample to test it. It did nothing for me. A few weeks later, I received a month's supply in the mail and my credit card was charged. I called in and complained. They said I had to mail the product back (even if I never asked for it) in order to get a refund. I went to the original website and discovered in very fine print, that everyone who requests the free sample is automatically signing up for the full priced product unless you call in and cancel. Hard to spot, unless you are more careful than I was. Watch the small print.
Clearly, a deceptive and unethical ad.

They are running a charge cramming scam, selling some overhyped "health product" as a "free trial" to get your account information.

With charge cramming scams, it seldom stops the fraudulent charges to dispute anything through the scammer.

Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and close your account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  You can dispute unauthorized charges under FRB Reg. E for checking account debit or EFT charges, or under FCBA for credit card charges.  If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them.

Don't get why people complain about this offer.

The terms are stated right next to the button where you submit your order. Not only that but there's a box you have to check where you acknowledge you've read and agree to the terms.

Their 800 number is posted everywhere and it's easy to cancel by calling or emailing. Plus, if they do send you any addtional bottles, there's a 30 day guarantee on them.

I will agree that this product doesn't work but it was still easy to cancel.

Not sure if the problem is with the product offer or the freebie seekers who expect something for nothing.
