last two or thre month i recieve a message from AD-54321 (Airtel) bikni Richalert service renewed and Rs  5/- deduct in by account. in this regard i just talk to custmor care many times but no need ful done i e niether the service unsubcribe and nor reverse the deducted amount

    Such a big compny in telecom Sector Bharti Airtel,they should maintain to such type of issue not raised if consumer approch so many times to  custmor care  callcenter.they should update there system for such type of issue and not not to harrrash the consumer
    finally requested to unsubscribe the bikniRich alert  service and revers the deducted amont

    Hello ,M name is Bhavik . I m using airtel post paid card (M) 9724344317 ..
    From last one month I am receiving message from AD-54321 as under ,

    " You have been renewed for Subscription_BikniRichAler subscription service from Airtel.You have been charged Rs.5.Latest games http:/gclub.in browsing @ 30p/20kb "

    I have never subscribe for this service . And I want this service stop immidiatly .
