On 11/1/17 paid $53.74 with Bank of America Master Card Acct. # ending with 9115.  Inadvertently paid $53.74 again on 11/5/17 with Discover Card Acct. ending in 6985.  Please credit either of these payments toward 2019 renewal. Advise.

    In an act of desperation, I signed up for Avast software costing $62.69 which showed on my credit card bill for November, 2019.  I have since switched to the services offered by our local Geek Squad and no longer need your product.  Please cancel any further charges.  Thanks anyway.  -jks
