MOLD

Just took The red bobs cover off of my mattress and could not believe what i saw. The bottom of this mattress was loaded with mold. I called customer service rite away and it seems as thought they are not willing to do anything becase it is just past the 5 year mark and it is not a "manufacturer defect". I will calling DPH, BBB, and consumer affairs. This is not ok that they are selling these products and putting peoples health at risk.
