Rude calls

I have tried to stop calls to my home from this company. Today I was upset and wanted to speak to a live person. I was called a "[***]" by the man that answered because I was upset. I am now contemplating filing a suit for harassment! I don't have credit cards! I should not be getting calls telling me "There is no problem with my cards BUT!"
