I just found an SRV charge of 29.99 from Bally on my card as well.  Called in and they said its an annual charge for members after 2 months, all I can say is that I definitely did not see this coming. I promptly mailed by cancellation letter in and STRONGLY advise ALL to stay away from Ballys, and possibly open more complaints up including shady business practices to the BBB.
