Met With Alex. I Trained Without compensation in Spartanburgon Tuesday.Alex promised 100$ a day or 10% of sales whichever was greater. Alex told me to meet him in Spartanburg Office thursday. He agreed that I would follow him to Charlotte, stay at his hotel , and i would get paid after show sunday. A lex, the manager for Northwest designs at the Spartanburg SC regional Office, and I drove from Spartanburg to Charlotte NC on Thursday and set up a hockey tournament custom Tshirt display.
I worked friday, Saturday ,and Sunday putting in 12 hour plus days.
On each day Alex took 4 to 6 hours off leaving me to me to man te Tshirt display.
Along the way he accused me of stealing when I put Splenda pack on my pocket, disrespected numerous customers and me over trivial concerns, lost two sales over shipping charges, and set up a confusing mess of tshirts and hoodies with styles comingled and disarrayed.
After breaking down Sunday he renigged on has promise to pay Sunday after the show claiming I would have to come back to Spartanburg and fill out paperwork.
He eventually gave me 150 on cash out of the tshirt show proceeds claiming he and I were splitting the 300$for the show.
Stay away from Alex and Northwest designs. 60 hours150 bucks. And I has to push for that.
He snores and is too cheap to buy a cup of coffee.
