Unwanted money deduction

Sir ,

I have been deducted over 100 rupees yesterday . I request you to give a proper reason .you people are supposed to send us message in case of deduction any .and you failed to do so .customer care people never pick our calls . Kindly give ur customer a proper reply and assure us that no more money wil be deducted without our kniwledge . i have to file a RTI if I dont get the response
