Why can`t I send text/SMS to Pakistan ? But at the same time I am being charged ??

mr.jack i m facing the same problem......wow yes they charge us everytime 5 rupees msges go bt arnt delivered there..same is the case with mtnl,voda,aircle,,,n they cannot resolve it.some years back i had airtel too n they told me ki pakistan main to roaming bhi available nahi hai to sms kaise jaegeeee???...i feel like complaining against them in trai...plz keeep me also updatedd with wats happeneing wid youuu...r u now able to send themmm plzzzz tell meeeeeee
