I bought books buddy packet vide invoice number ITBC
My membership noITBC07303574 I rhave received the product. I am unable to access the free offers site to claim my Adidas bag as promised in the order. The site is not opening. kindly forward the message to them and arrange to send me the bag. I had also bought a set of books for Rs599 in june08 - my invoice no ORO80091077e also I was assured of an Addidas bag as a gift. I could not get to the site thacket en .I therefore request you to forward this also to the relevant people and arrange to send me holidplained above. May I suggest that in order to ovrcome this problem of non-opening of the site, you may send the customers a wish letter thro e mail whay will be repled by them to claim the free gifts. Please do take necessary steps immediately to retain the confidence of customers like me with the ITBC
