Complaint
Paula Sponsler - Owner
Country: United States
Two years ago they tried to collect from my company for a supposed listing in the Yellow pages, which we did not prescribe to. It was fraud. They were extremely rude on the phone when I tried to clear this up. I had to contact my attorney. Now they are saying I'm past due paying them $774 for a Local US pages which I do not list in either.
Someone needs to stop this fraud!!

FTC has sued several of these Canadian fraudulent telemarketers, and some have injunctions in effect. You can expect to get calls or letters from a NJ collection agency, known for fraudulent collection of these bogus "accounts", but FTC has been collecting a thick file on them.
Contact FTC to file a fraud complaint, and if they call, tell them that is what you've done.
If you get any fraudulent "invoices" through the U.S. Mail, also file mail fraud complaints with the U.S. Postal Inspector.
They play doctored recordings, and threaten to sue, but they aren't stupid enough to try. Ignore their threats.
