My great feedback, my star and my verisign are gone from my account!

I had really great feedback as both a seller and buyer on eBay. It's all gone now. So're my seller star and my VeriSign. I've tried all manner of ways to contact eBay and I get Zip, Nada, Zilch, Zed, Zero, Crap. All the replies to the "contact us" are either computer generated or from some idiot with his head up his wazoo, 'cause everything he says has absolutely nothing to do with my problem. I got ahold of an actual phone number to call eBay. The prissy little man that answers the phone there directed me to an electronic message that was irrelevant to my circumstances as well. I called back and asked for a live human and got the electronic crap again. Third call, the little snot hung up on me. Sheesh. I sold all my good clothes and anything I could put my hands on when my kids and I were struggling, so I really EARNED the great feedback and my star, and they could care less.
