harrassing phone calls

When I was paying on time, I was still getting many phone calls everyday.  Sometimes the eight dollar per hour staff would be very unkind and nasty over the phone.  In late Septmember 2009, my mother had a stroke and I had to take some time off work.  Ofcourse I didn't have the money at the time un-til I went back to work in Decmember of this year.  The phone calls are coming non stop.  I finanlly spoke to a very nasty woman on the phone and she would not accept everything I had to say about my situation.  I will consult an attoney.
