Your insurance company should cover you in a rental vehicle if you damage it. Enterprise takes pictures of the vehicle before it leaves the lot. The customer also looks at the vehicle before driving off in the rental, also is giving a chance to look it over to see what damage needs to be reported  before you rent the vehicle, scratches, ect. Same is done when you return the vehicle they shouldve inspected it and you signed off. If this didnt happen they didnt follow there policy. I work with progressive insurance deal with enterprise everyday. Thanks
