Dear Customer Service Representative.

I am writing this message white I am still in DOHA, at the airport lounge, asking for your assistance in recovering my HAT WITH SILVER ORNAMENT for me.

I jus arrived from WASHINGTON, on Flight number QR 52 ON JANUARY 07 32013. and was seated in Seat 21 F .

Unfortunately< I left behind my Hat with the silver ornaments in the overhead bin.

I would appreciate if this could be completed before my connection flight leaves DOHA, @ 2 AM  on January 09 2013 outbound TO SINGAPORE.

It is very unfortunate that you ground staff where not able to help me to resolve this small problem.
