Hole in ceiling.

When technicians installed my satellite dish from direct TV,  they punched a hole in my roof. As of lately,  its been raining here in my hometown of Charleston, South Carolina and now my roof leaks tremendously. I've tried calling and complaining three times about this already with no results. I'm up in age and can not nor will not relocate somewhere else. Please come fix this problem asap.
