we purchased a Chateau D'Ax in 2007 from Macy's. The seams started to come apart. With in a year it was replaced. The New sofa/love seat seams started to come apart. The replacements are about 3 years old and out of warranty. Macy's did all they could to help,but chateau D'Ax the manufacturer as much as said tough luck. We will not help you with your problem. I have never been treated so badly as I was by Cris in the customer service dept. at Chateau D'Ax in Atlanta. I will never buy one of there products.

    That is amazing.  I just discovered my receipt from my purchase of my couch back in 2002, 10 years ago.  My leather couch and love seat have held up remarkably well.  Every time my sister comes to visit me she comments on how wonderful my couches look compared to her leather couces she had for half the time.  Maybe their quality has changed, but 10 years ago my experience is the quality is exceptional.
