Our family became members to the L. A. Fitness club at this location. I phone the next day to inquiry about having somebody to assist me with a demonstration of some of the machines. He told me that his shift have ended and couldn't make arrangements at that time. I insisted in coming and he said to come the next day. I asked at what time and for whom should I ask? He told me his name was 'Troy' and to be there at 10 am. I showed up the next day and was told there was nobody by that name.
So, I asked for any of the trainers to assist me. The front desk attendant asked Jason, a trainer to help me. First, he stayed on the phone for a while; then paraded with a friend for more than 10 minutes, so I left.
Came the next day and Jason again was there and came to demonstrate a couple of machines. He didn't ask for my goals or anything else; showed no courtesy or interest owed to me as a member / customer to the company he works for.
Jason is that type of employee only interested in getting his pay and making sure his long tresses are properly coiffed, oiled and hanging properly over his shoulders. An employee that has no idea of what he is supposed to be doing to earn his money for the simple fact that he forgot.
