I received an E-mail stating your company is shipping me an order I did not order! In fact the samples I received did not work for me. Please, credit my account and clear my information from your files. I am very upset with this scam crap! I will return your product the day it arrives. I have tried to call your phone just to be hung up on. The 2nd time I was left on hold until I could not stand it anymore. I am calling the Better Business Beaureau (of which I am an active member for the last 10 years), on Monday. Don't ever try to pull this on me. I want my information in your computers cleared off! Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General.
In addition, since it is illegal to use the US Mail or a common carrier in a fraudulent scheme, file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.
