Unable to cancel shipment

PLEASE DO NOT send me anymore shipments. I will not pay for them. I tried to call you and all I get are ads. After listening to all these they give me another number to call. What kind of business are you running. If you do not stop these shipments I will turn this over to my lawyer. I had 30 days to cancel. I ordered on September 19,2015 and I received a shipment today the 13th of October.
